GPL Finance and Investments Private Limited (GPL) has acquired 100% of the paid-up share capital of WhiteOak Capital Asset Management Limited (WOCAML) and WhiteOak Capital Trustee Limited (WOCTL).
The Board of Directors of WOCAML and WOCTL approved the aforesaid share transfer on November 1, 2021, in the Board Meetings held on November 1, 2021. Consequently, GPL has become the sole Sponsor of WhiteOak Capital Mutual Fund, and YES Bank Limited (YBL) has ceased sponsoring the Fund since November 1, 2021. SEBI has also issued a fresh certificate of registration for the change of name from YES Mutual Fund to WhiteOak Capital Mutual Fund, dated January 11, 2022.
