Is my money safe?

Once invested, your funds get directed to the fund houses or the registered custodian for the asset. In case, the transaction fails, or the amount is not received by the AMCs or custodians, your money will get credited back to your account within 7-10 working days.

Is my personal data secured with Stack?

Stack takes your information and property seriously. We encrypt all user data with bank grade TLS hack-proof security and safeguard our app through MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) to protect your sensitive information.

Does Stack come to know the confidential details of my credit or debit card?

No, Stack do not read any of your transaction related details such as respect to credit card or debit card.

Is Stack SEBI registered?

Stack is currently registered with the Association of Mutual Funds of India (AMFI) which is a regulated body under SEBI and holds a distributor license No. 171554 and is bound by the code of conduct guidelines established by AMFI (click here to view)

Mutual Fund Distributors also come under the purview of SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations laid down from time to time. Core team members of Stack, who are involved in critical investment related activities, have also successfully qualified the NISM Series VA - Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Exam.
